Description
This is the coffee that sparked our journey into specialty coffee. Grown high in the mountains of Guatemala’s renowned Huehuetenango region, these washed coffees thrive at high elevations where warm, dry winds protect the farms and allow the beans to develop slowly and fully. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with medium body, vibrant yet smooth acidity, and comforting notes of milk chocolate, almond, and dried fruit sweetness. Clean, complex, and endlessly drinkable, this coffee captures everything we love about high-quality Guatemalan coffee and shines across multiple brewing methods. Check out our blog for recommended brew methods for this coffee!
